Site requirements
Before we get started…
…it looks like you’re using unusual hardware, prehistoric software or a quirky browser. If this applies to you, or you’re looking at the site on a low screen resolution, you may find
the site looks at its best if you use:
Your browser should be Internet Explorer 6 or later, Firefox 2 or Safari 3
Your screen resolution should be at least 1024 x 768
You'll need Flash Player (preferably version 9)
As far as we can tell, you’re using:
Browser :
Resolution :
Flash Version :
There's no need to show me this again
If you’ve chosen these settings to make the site more accessible, please bear with us – we’re trying to improve it for everybody. In the meantime, if you have any thoughts about how we might do this, please do drop us a line
here.
Happy to continue? Let's crack on.
Browser:
If you want to download a new browser – or a newer version – you can use one of the following links and follow the instructions (you can use them all, but you'll only need one). The downloads are usually free:
Internet Explorer 7
Firefox 2
Safari 3
Screen resolution:
To change this, you'll need to use your 'control panel', 'system preferences' or whatever your operating system happens to call it. You're looking for an option called 'appearance' or 'monitors'. If you have a higher setting than 1024 x 768 available (say, 1440 x 900), that'll usually be fine.
Flash:
Flash is a 'plug-in' for your browser: an extra bit of software that means your browser can do sightly more whizzy things. Some features of Push.co.uk use this. You can use most fof the site without it, but some stuff just won't work. To solve it, you can download Adobe Flash Player (as it's properly known) for free from here.
Please bear in mind that these sites aren't anything to do with Push and we take no responsibility for them. Having said that the risk is yours, they're pretty widely regarded as thoroughly legit.
Still stuck? We'd be happy to help if we can. Please email support@push.co.uk and, hey, let's share your problems.
